Terms of Service

1. The product

The ATTARVA bracelet is a wearable refillable fragrance atomizer. Fill only with liquid fragrances (EDP, EDT, attar, oils, body mists). Filling with solvents, fuels or other liquids voids the warranty and may be unsafe.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unserviceable addresses, with a full refund.

3. Warranty

7-day replacement against manufacturing defects as described in our Refund Policy. Normal wear, misuse and tampering are excluded.

4. Intellectual property

ATTARVA branding, product design, photography and site content are our property. Do not reproduce them commercially without written consent.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. Perform a patch test if you have fragrance sensitivities — the fragrance you fill is your own.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
