Shipping Policy

• Free shipping across India on every order — no minimum.
• Dispatch: within 24 hours of order confirmation (business days).
• Delivery time: 2–5 business days for metros, 4–8 for the rest of India, via our courier partners with full tracking.
• Cash on Delivery: available at checkout across serviceable pincodes.
• Tracking: a tracking link is sent by email/WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Delays & issues

Courier delays during festivals or in remote pincodes can add 1–3 days. If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or arrives damaged, email care@attarva.com within 48 hours with your order number and we'll resolve it — replacement or refund, your choice.
