Refunds & Replacement

Because the ATTARVA bracelet holds liquid fragrance, we cannot accept returns of bracelets that have been filled with perfume — once used it is a hygiene product, like earphones or cosmetics.

What we cover

• 7-day replacement for any manufacturing defect — faulty seal, clasp or atomizer — from the date of delivery.
• Leak guarantee: if the sealed chamber leaks under normal use, we replace the bracelet. Photograph the issue and write to us within 7 days.
• Wrong or damaged item delivered: full replacement or refund, shipped at our cost.

What we don't cover

• Change of mind after the bracelet has been filled.
• Damage from misuse, tampering with the atomizer, or filling non-fragrance liquids.

How to claim

Email care@attarva.com with your order number, photos or a short video, and a description. Approved replacements dispatch within 48 hours. Refunds, where applicable, reach the original payment method in 5–7 business days; COD refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.
